I was just watching an old episode of Upstairs, Downstairs, and Mrs Bridges prepared haddock wrapped in bacon for the staff’s dinner. Out of curiosity, I Googled it and found this blog.

Duck fat is a healthy fat. Hydrogenated oils are exceedingly unhealthy industrial products which have no place in the kitchen of a good cook. I sincerely hope you don’t cook with the latter.
