Ingredients

  • 4 large garlic cloves, grated or minced
  • 68 anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together the four ingredients, until the anchovies break down and the garlic softens, 10-15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread and lovely veggies.
