I just ate this for dinner! I’m living in Germany and they definitely don’t have Chick-fil-a here or really, any proper fried chicken. This was delicious! The only thing I did differently was to dip the chicken in the flour mix, egg, and then flour mix again. And I left out the dry mustard because I just can’t do mustard, even dried. I ate 3 out of the 4 pieces. My German guy didn’t “get it.” That’s okay because it meant more for me. 🙂 Thanks for the recipe
