Chilled Sriracha Lobster Salad Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of cooked lobster meat
  • 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha, or to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 head of butter lettuce, outer leaves removed

Instructions

  1. Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well to combine. Chill at least a half an hour, before dolloping a 1/3 cup at a time into lettuce leaves. Serve.
