Tried this Saturday night for a birthday party and loved it. I used flat Iron steak from a local meat shop. It just melted in your mouth. The sauce was what made the dish I think. Will make this again. I did have to use the dried chili that I had on hand but will keep a look out for the ones mentioned in the recipe. Thanks for such an interesting site. I check in often to see what you are cooking.

Love this recipe and can’t wait to try it. Does it need the oreo crust? I’d like to try and make it gluten free. I have a friend who can’t have gluten and it would be nice to all have some. thanks love you site and make sure to check it several times a week.
