made these today! So good. I didn’t roll them out quite thin enough though so I had to cook them for a lot longer. Big hit at our house.

Slow-Cooker Maple Bourbon Pulled Pork
I made this tonight with pork butt. I used 2oz of Jim Beam Maple (had a nip) and 1oz of Old Grandad to make up the 1/3 cup. Wow – amazingly good. It will definitely be my “go to” pulled pork recipe from now on!

I bet a touch of vanilla, or vanilla bean would be good in there too! When my bananas get brown and I don’t have immediate plans for them I just toss them in the freezer, then thaw before using – makes the mashing process easier too!
