Easy Cheesy Arla Dofino Breakfast Frittata (PLUS GIVEAWAY!)
This sounds delicious! I love havarti.

This Firehouse Chili with Cornbread and Havarti Crust looks amazing: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/79516749646662209/. I chose it because it combines cornbread AND havarti for the crust. Yum!

Chorizo Sage Mac and Cheese Baked in a Pumpkin
Genius recipe! I love Mexican chorizo, but I bet I’d love it even more in mac n’ cheese that’s stuffed in a pumpkin. As for Thanksgiving abominations, I’d say the tofurkey is right up there. And this is coming from someone who served a tofurkey one year 🙂

Eggplant Veggie Burgers with Swiss Cheese and Shallot Jam
I can almost taste the shallot jam from my keyboard. It sounds so delicious! I might just have to make a batch to pile on a (beef) burger this weekend!
