Wow! I’m amazed by the detailed instructions! You gave me an inspiration to conquer my fear of trying this recipe. my husband I love freshly made croissant, but I never had any thought of making it (because of fear of failure and I might just be wasting my time). I thought it’s just for the expert bread/pastry maker…maybe, I will try …hehhehehe 😉
