Homemade Irish Cream

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup light cream
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12/3 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Toroni chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend on “high” for about 30 seconds. Serve chilled. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 8 weeks; shake well before serving.
