Comment on How to Shuck an Oyster by Paul Desaulniers.

Jillian,

Good Morning, I’m delighted to see you enjoyed my oysters. Aphrodite’s oysters are grown in the lower half of the Weskeag River in South Thomaston Maine. The cold clean waters of Pennobscott Bay give them their unique shells and delicate taste. Hope you take the opportunity to enjoy them often.

Thank You,

Paul Desaulniers
