When we were quiteyoung we would make our annual pilgrimage to Bangor for shopping. On our way back to the Moosehead Lake area we would stop at the little tiny store in Kenduskeag. There a small elderly lady and I believe her daughter would make the most wonderful Italian sandwiches. They were incredibly delicious.
