I have discovered your blog at the absolutely best time — my honey got back yesterday from his annual hunting trip. Three deer! He gave some away to the unlucky guy in the group but there’s way more than enough aging in the huge cooler outside. I’ve never made jerky of any type so I’m excited to start with your recipe.
