OMG…thanks for coming up with this jewel! Love it! I’ll be adding this to my Thanksgiving menu for sure. I had to make my own caramel sauce. Growing up with plain bread pudding we always had a hard sauce with it. It had brandy in it. So, when making my caramel sauce I added a little Bailey’s Irish Cream. I grew up in the Texas, where pecans (the state tree) end up in almost every dessert. So, I threw in some chopped pecans to the bread mixture. Again, love it! Love your site! I have made so many of your recipes and haven’t made one I didn’t like yet. Keep ’em coming.
