So when I first read this recipe I thought, “that’s a little out there.” But being there already, I made it for my lovely wife. It was a huge hit, especially paired with grilled cheese sandwiches using your american cheese recipe. We followed up by serving it at our annual town Thanksgiving dinner. Let me tell ya’, the folks who often go without thought they were in a five star restaurant. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It’s definitely a keeper!
