- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1–2 jalapeno peppers, seeds and stems removed, finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 orange, juice and zest
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup water
- In a medium size pot, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to very low and let simmer, about 30 minutes. Chill before serving.
