Even with just the two of us for dinner this roast was like no other. My husband was like a child he was so excited with the …crunch…….he even took a picture of it. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve cooked pork roast before but…..NOTHING as …’To Die For’ as this recipe. This won’t be our last. thanks so much for the recipe
