Made this over the weekend. It was fabulous. We served it as part of a buffet for an informal get together. I cannot remember ever getting such a big payoff taste wise for so little effort. Will definitely make again.

I think knowing who you are is a process that goes on throughout your life. Who I am now is not who I was at twenty (thank goodness). Life experiences, good and bad, change you. I do think that maybe your “moral core” is pretty constant, but if you are not learning and opening yourself to what life offers, then what’s the point?
