Made these this morning, I added just a touch of vanilla, they are very good for the little amount of ingredients needed! The texture reminds me of crepes. I also added just a sprinkle or two of salt to the last half of batter to see the taste difference, like that as well! Great way to use up the over ripened bananas that you dont know what to do with.
